Motown Sounds: Stamp Collection

A custom stamp plate highlighting some of the pivotal soul artists of Motown Records. Each stamp was designed specific to the sound and soul of its specific artist. The concept behind this assignment was to choose a previous class taken at the University, mine being History of Rock and Roll, and create a stamp collection accordingly. Throughout my process of design I constantly listened to Motown music and tried to capture its energy visually. Needless to say, its always a perk working with such entertaining content, making this project very enjoyable.
